Course overview
The RYT 300 is a structured two-month certification programme that introduces participants to the essential principles of mainstream Yoga and its philosophical foundations. The curriculum balances both theoretical concepts and practical training, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, anatomy, and teaching methodology.
This programme is ideal for individuals seeking to begin their journey as certified Yoga instructors or for those wishing to deepen their personal Yoga practice.
Eligibility: There is no minimum educational qualification required to join the RYT 300 programme, however, completing RYT 200 is compulsory to apply for RYT 300 programme. No entrance examination is conducted for admission.

Responsible for coaching and leading yoga classes, as well as helping clients improve their daily yoga practices by instructing basic and advanced yogic exercises.

Yoga Teacher
Offers a variety of styles and approaches to the practice of yoga and and helping students find the right practice by creating a safe and supportive space.
The "Pracheen" benefits
As aforementioned, the course (RYT 300) lasts 3 months, and offline students will learn according to the syllabus, with practical sessions completing in around 3 months along with students learning other subjects for 2 months via online classes. The sole distinction is that online students will only attend practical classes and other subject classes via online medium, whilst offline students will take practical classes at the Pracheen Yoga Institute in Lucknow. The certification exams will be announced during the sessions. The certificates will be provided to the students within one months following the result.
However, with Pracheen Yoga as the host, the offline students will receive a certificate from Pracheen Yoga as a reward for participating in 1 month of internship (if eligible), which will help them get recognized for their hours of hard work and practice.
