Course overview
The RPYT 85 Registered Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training course is a specialized certification designed to train yoga teachers in safe, therapeutic, and scientifically aligned practices for pregnancy and post-delivery recovery. This program integrates traditional yogic wisdom with modern anatomy, focusing on maternal health, fetal development, hormonal balance, and emotional well-being.
Students gain deep knowledge of: Trimester-wise yoga practices, Safe asana modifications, Breathwork for labor preparation and Postnatal recovery techniques. This course prepares teachers to confidently guide pregnant women, new mothers, and women’s health groups with safety and precision.
Eligibility: There is no minimum educational qualification required to join the RPYT 85 programme. Anyone with a sincere interest in Yoga and a commitment to learning is welcome to apply. No entrance examination is conducted for admission.

The "Pracheen" benefits
As aforementioned, the course (RPYT 85) lasts 2 months, and offline students will learn according to the syllabus, with practical sessions completing in around 2 months along with students learning other subjects for 1.5 months via online classes. The sole distinction is that online students will only attend practical classes and other subject classes via online medium, whilst offline students will take practical classes at the Pracheen Yoga Institute in Lucknow. The certification exams will be announced during the sessions. The certificates will be provided to the students within one months following the result.
However, with Pracheen Yoga as the host, the offline students will receive a certificate from Pracheen Yoga as a reward for participating in 1 month of internship (if eligible), which will help them get recognized for their hours of hard work and practice.
